Community Engagement Manager

About the role

Build and grow the SpikedAI community across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, and newsletters. You'll be the voice that turns followers into fans and fans into users, driving brand awareness and engagement across every channel we show up on.

What we're looking for

• Experience managing community or social channels for a brand or product
• Proven track record growing engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong writing skills, with a consistent brand voice across channels
• Comfortable owning a content calendar and newsletter cadence end-to-end
• Data-driven, tracking what's working and doubling down on it

• Remote. Work from anywhere. The team gathers quarterly for offsites and hacking sessions.
